1. Orders and acceptance

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy, not a completed sale.

• We confirm your phone number before an order is accepted
• We may call you to confirm details before dispatch
• We may decline an order where stock, address or payment checks fail

A contract is formed only once we dispatch your order.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payment methods currently offered are Cash on Delivery, HBL Pay, Visa and Mastercard
• Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place an order

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will contact you before proceeding if one affects your order.

3. Delivery

We deliver nationwide through third party courier partners.

• Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed
• Someone must be available at the address to receive and pay for the order

4. Pre-orders

Where the store is in pre-order mode, an order is a reservation rather than an immediate sale.

• No payment is required to reserve. The balance is payable when your order arrives
• We call to confirm your order before dispatch
• Dispatch timing is shown on the product page and may shift

5. Returns and warranty

Returns, replacements and warranty claims are covered by our separate Return, Replacement and Warranty Policy.

Where these terms and that policy differ on returns, that policy applies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site.

• No attempts to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service
• No fraudulent orders or misuse of phone verification

We may block accounts or phone numbers associated with fraudulent activity.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in Pakistan.
